「解説 ヒト長鎖遺伝子cDNA」に「ヒト遺伝子コレクション」に含まれている長鎖遺伝子の完全長cDNAクローンのリストを掲載しました。その中の表1、表2、表3には、遺伝子をmRNAやCDSの長さ順に並べて表記しました。ここでは表1、表2、表3のクローンを全てまとめて、遺伝子名のアルファベット順に並べ替えたリストを載せます。mRNAとCDSの長さは、RefSeqに記載された値です。ARとRBの欄にはそれぞれARPE-19とY79由来のクローン数を記載しています。cDNAのサイズは、完全長cDNAクローンの全長塩基配列の決定やcDNAインサートサイズの決定によって得られた値を示しています。cDNAクローンの全長塩基配列が決定された遺伝子については、「HP No.」から理研BRCの該当するページへリンクが張ってあります。
